Two routes
Connections and imports
Automatic connection
Goodrun fetches data from a documented provider API on a schedule, with credentials held server-side. Live today: Steam.
We only build connections on supported, permitted APIs. We do not automate portal logins, reuse browser session cookies or depend on private endpoints.
Report import
You upload a report privately. Goodrun checks its size and format, shows a preview with totals and row-level problems, and saves nothing until you confirm.
Re-uploading figures you have already imported is detected, so totals are not counted twice.
Handling storefront data
Only what finance needs.
- No buyer details. Financial totals do not need buyer names or email addresses, so they are not stored.
- Platform-specific rules. Fees, thresholds and payout timing follow each platform’s terms and your own contract assumptions. There is no single universal storefront fee.
- Missing is not zero. A failed or stale source raises a connection notice, never a false “sales dropped” alert.
- Safe exports. Spreadsheet exports escape cells that could otherwise run as formulas.
