Terms of service

Draft — requires legal review before production use. This is a plain-language outline of the intended commercial terms for the Goodrun cloud service. It is not a binding contract. The seller’s identity, governing law, liability terms, refund policy and consumer-rights information will be published before paid plans open.

Plans and prices

A subscription covers one organization, including all of its games, storefronts and members. Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only by the trailing 12-month processed sales they cover.

• Indie is €29.99 per organization per month, for processed sales under $100k a year.
• Studio is €199 per organization per month, for processed sales under $10m a year.
• Enterprise is €2,999 per organization per month, for processed sales $10m and above a year.

Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT; applicable tax is shown at checkout. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. There are no annual plans and no trial at present. Fair-use limits, if any, will be stated in the app before they apply.

Processed sales and plan changes

Processed sales are what players paid over the trailing 12 months, after refunds and indirect sales taxes and before storefront commissions, across all connected or imported storefronts, converted to USD using rates recorded in the organization first and published reference rates otherwise. Investment, grants and forecasts are not counted, and missing data never raises the required plan. An organization with no sales tracked pays nothing until its first sale is tracked. When processed sales exceed the current plan, the organization is notified and given a grace period to upgrade; after it ends, the workspace becomes read-only until upgraded, with data remaining readable and exportable. Charges are never applied retroactively.

Cancellation

You can cancel through the billing portal. A scheduled cancellation keeps the plan active until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not delete your data, and export remains available.

Third-party storefronts and trademarks

Goodrun is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or certified by Valve Corporation, Epic Games, Inc., itch.io, GOG or any other storefront. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation. Epic Games Store is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc. itch.io and GOG are trademarks of their respective owners. Storefront names and logos are used only to identify where your imported data comes from, and all rights in them remain with their owners.

Your use of each storefront, including its reports, APIs and the credentials you connect, stays governed by that storefront’s own terms. Goodrun does not control storefront services and is not responsible for their availability, changes to their data or report formats, or the accuracy of the figures they provide. Imported figures are shown as the storefront reported them.

Estimates are not guarantees

Payout estimates, cash forecasts, scenarios and AI explanations are planning aids built from your data and stated assumptions. They are not financial, tax or accounting advice, and Goodrun does not guarantee revenue, payout amounts or arrival dates.
